You must be 18 or older, hold a valid Mixx by Yas (Tigo) MSISDN, and have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
Senti Credit may approve or decline any application at its discretion. If approved, your credit limit and tenor are set by us based on what you tell us and the documents you provide. You select a tier (7, 14, or 30 days) when borrowing.
The fee for each loan is shown before you confirm. If you do not repay by maturity, a one-time penalty plus a daily penalty applies, as set out on the Fees page. We may also report defaults to credit reference bureaus.
Money moves only to your verified MSISDN. Repayments are made by paying into your account's control number or by approving the USSD prompt we push to your phone.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your PIN private. Three wrong PIN attempts will lock your sign-in until support unlocks it.
We may suspend or close your account at any time, including for fraud, abuse, or failure to repay. You can close your account by repaying everything you owe and contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Senti Credit means you accept the updated terms.
