Your name, MSISDN, the application notes you submit, any supporting documents you upload (bank or mobile-money statements, ID), and the records of loans, repayments, and notifications generated from using Senti Credit.
To verify your identity, decide your credit limit, disburse loans, collect repayments, send service SMS, and improve our scoring. We may share aggregated, anonymised statistics with partners, but never your personal identifiers unless legally required.
Personal data and uploaded files are stored on secure infrastructure (DigitalOcean Spaces, private bucket, signed URLs). Only Senti Credit staff with a need to know can access them.
We share data with: (a) Senti YAS for collections and disbursements, (b) Senti Notify for SMS delivery, (c) credit reference bureaus if you default, (d) regulators or law enforcement when legally required.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements). Email support@trixa.net.
We keep transactional records for as long as legally required (typically 7 years). After that, we anonymise or delete.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be SMS'd to active customers.
